walking in the same way as He walked!
something different
This week I wanted to do something a little different. I wanted to share some verses that I have leaned into throughout different seasons of my life. I’ve learned that relying wholeheartedly on scripture and God's words is the most important and best thing we can do.
valley of dry bones
The vision Ezekiel saw was a valley dense with dry bones. The lives that the bones represented were not only dead but disgraced. In ancient Isreal, an unburied corpse with exposed remains was a shocking disgrace to the dead. Sounds intense, right?
god of provision
The areas we lack trust in are where our disobedience is. When we begin to lack trust in God in certain areas of our life, we take those areas into our own hands. Our disobedience stems from our unbelief.
sunday is coming
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is a redemptive story. From the very beginning, God had set his son aside to save you & me– sinners. To right our wrongs before we even committed them, all so that we could have a seat at His table.
righteous judgment
We must change our mindsets from an us-versus-them mentality to a love-first one. No matter their beliefs, looks, choices, skin color, past mistakes, etc., we must choose to love first. We have to take every chance we get to share the love of God with others.
love… again
Choosing to love God with our whole hearts is the best decision we could ever make. It’s not always easy, and there are times when it feels impossible. But it’s not impossible. And when we feel as though we can’t love God, He continues to love us unconditionally– without conditions– no matter what.
